Plugin format

Every plugin follows Agent Plugins 1.0 and lives in its own folder at the repository root. Only the folders in use exist.

`marketplace.json`	the catalog: each plugin's `name`, `source`, `description`, `keywords`
`plugin.json`	the plugin's manifest
`skills/<s>/SKILL.md`	the skill, and who may call it
`skills/<s>/references/`	long material the agent reads when it needs it
`skills/<s>/scripts/`	executables the skill runs
`resources/`	files a skill copies into your project
`agents/`, `hooks/`, `.mcp.json`	subagents, hooks, MCP servers

Who may call a skill

Set in the skill's frontmatter. Leave it out for the default, model + user:

  user: true     # you call it by name

uze turns this into each agent's own form: a slash command, a $name, or plain discovery.
